Important Note
Please be advised that no refunds will be issued for trip curtailment (shortened stays) or unused services once you have arrived in Bhutan. This policy is due to the fact that all logistical arrangements—including hotel reservations, permits, and transportation—are prepaid in full to our local partners prior to your arrival.
Force Majeure and Travel Delays
Bhutan Travel Service is not liable for financial losses or refunds resulting from delays in arrival or departure caused by Force Majeure events, such as inclement weather, flight disruptions, or unforeseen road closures.
In the event of such delays:

The traveler is responsible for any additional costs incurred, including meals, accommodation, and alternative transportation.

We strongly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travel Insurance that includes trip interruption and delay coverage to protect against these unforeseen circumstances.
