If written notice of cancellation is received: | Cancellation Fee will be: |
90 Days and Above | 10% of Land Cost, |
60 to 89 days | 20% of Land Cost |
59 to 30 days | 30% of Land Cost |
29-15 days | 50% of Land Cost |
14 days or fewer days | 100% of Land Cost |
Notes
Duration lost or trip shortened due to unforeseen reasons after arrival in Bhutan, no refund will be made – because we will already have had paid for the hotels and other logistics.
Delayed Arrivals
There is no refund for delays in arrival and departure or missed flights because of weather conditions, disrupting flights or road blocks. The tourist must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.
